Hier möchte ich ein Gedicht einstellen, dass ich auf einer anderen HP gefunden habe, es ist einem ganz besonderen Hengst gewidmet, den ich leider nie kennengelernt habe, aber dafür eine seiner wunderbaren Töchter. Dieser Hengst ist bei einem Stallbrand tödlich veletzt worden, hat aber seine Karriere und somit ein Stück in der Appi-Geschichte geschrieben!
Ich kann mir vorstellen, wie seine Besitzer Ihn vermissen, deshalb möchte ich das Gedicht hier einstellen.......
Don´t cry for the horses
that life has set free
a million white horses
forever to be
Don´t cry for the horses
now in God´s hands
as they dance and they prance
to a heavently band
They were ours as a gift
but never to keep
as they close their eyes
forever to sleep
their spirits unbound
on silver wings they fly
a million white horses
against the blue sky
Look up into heaven
you´ll see themabove
the horses we lost
the horses we loved
Manes and tails flowing
the gallop through time
they were never yours
they were never mine
Don´t cry for the horses
they will back someday
when our time has come
they will show us the way
On silver wings they will lift us
to the warmth of the sun
when our life is over
and eternity has begun
We will jump the sun
and dance over the moon
a ballet of horses and riders
on the winds of a heavently tune
Do you hear the soft nicker
close to your ear??

Viele Pferdefreunde wissen, wie schwer es ist einen geliebten Freund gehn zu lassen, auch ich weiß es, aber genauso schwer ist es, einem neuen Freund die Tür zu seinem Herz zu öffnen.
Lasst eure Pferde gehn, wenn es an der Zeit ist! Einem Freund würdet Ihr auch keine Schmerzen wünschen oder sie dulden!
